How do I claim my Free VFC product?

To enter this promotion to claim a free VFC product, you will need to follow these simple steps:

  • Purchase a pack of VFC within the promotional period - the promotion will begin on 3rd May 2022 and will close on 2nd August 2022.
  • Visit our promotional website Complete all required fields on our online claim form and upload a picture of your receipt showing the purchase
  • Once your claim has been processed and validated you will receive your refund within 28 days to the bank account or PayPal account you provided
  • All claims must be received by the closing date - 16th August 2022

How much money do I get back for my claim?

You will receive a refund equalling the price you paid for one pack of VFC Original Recipe Vegan Fried Chick*n, up to a maximum value of £3. Pricing is at the sole discretion of the retailer.

Who can enter?

All entrants must be 18 or over and a UK resident.

When does the promotion start and finish?

The promotional period is from 00.01am on 03.05.22 to 23.59pm on 02.08.22. All claims must be received by 16.08.22

What happens if I don’t have my receipt?

Receipts are required in order for your claim to be deemed eligible. Unfortunately, without your receipt you will not be able to claim.

How many claims can I make?

This promotion is limited to one claim per household.

How do I get my money back?

Providing you submit an eligible claim using our online form, your refund will be processed and transferred to the bank details provided via BACS transfer or via PayPal.

How do I know if my claim is valid?

You will receive email confirmation verifying whether or not your claim was successful within 14 days of submitting your online claim form.
